Ability to unlock locked user accounts?

We doing a demo of RingCentral. One of our demo users has already locked himself out for 60 minutes and there doesn't appear to be a way to unlock them. As an administrator, we should have that ability shouldn't we?

Robert,  

The ADMIN does not have the ability to override the 60 minute lockout.  The User or the Admin can create a web case/or call into Support and have reset it on the back end.

That seems like something simple that admins should be allowed to do for regular users. If it's an admin account I would understand that process though.
