Does the Ring Central Mobile App support multiple login's.

Does the Ring Central Mobile App support multiple login's. So I can check multiple voicemail extensions without having to logout of my main account.  Or is this going to be a potential new feature

No...it doesn't. If you want to check multiple voicemail extensions you would have to log out of your main account and log in to the other extension.

One work around if you are a small business with multiple extensions but only one or two employees, you can have the voicemails from those other extensions sent to your extension. This is done for each extension under the "Messages & Notifications" menu selection in the RingCentral portal. Then select the "Message Recipient" option and select your main account as the recipient of the voicemails. You will then receive all the voicemails into your main account.

I use the above workaround as I am a one-man shop.

Jan   Thanks for the input.  I thought this was the case thanks for verifying.  Hopefully it will be in a new release
