Mike,

I need to talk to someone that can actually answer my questions. I've spoken to around 4-5 reps this past week and am getting very tired of repeating myself and performing the same troubleshooting over and over.

Who can I talk to in customer care that can actually give me real answers? Like, why isn't the app making sound when someone is calling? Why did a RC employee change my settings without permission so that my mobile phone didn't ring all day Monday? I lost money because you guys don't know what the heck you're doing.

This is incredibly frustrating and you guys keep letting me down.
