Call Log Rotation application?

Rotation based system, wherein all active call recipients are placed within a single call queue.
I would like to be able to see, at a glance, who took what calls, how many they've taken over the day, who the next in rotation would be, option to mark calls as non-profit and rotation be adjusted as such.
No previous steps taken besides searching for similar requests/issues.

Please contact your Sales Rep for information on Contact Center. Reports and call logs will provide you with basic information, but Contact Center will give you much more options!
