Can you send SMS by clicking a link through PIPEDRIVE CRM? I can click to call but cant click to SMS with the Ringcentral desktop app

Can you send SMS by clicking a link through PIPEDRIVE CRM? I can click to call but it wont let me click to SMS with the Ringcentral desktop app

This is not currently possible..  It would require a custom SMS integration with our APIs.   If you wish to develop your own integration you can get more info here:  Developers Community
