issues with desktop app during call waiting

open Case # 04272124.  When using the desktop app, call waiting forces the original call to mute out for approximately 8 seconds. The only way to disable this is if you manually move the incoming call to voicemail. Since I use the simultaneous ring cell phone and ring desktop phone, this requires me to disable both while the other party experiences unexplained silence.

Mike- just a heads up. I tested this with my team and could not duplicate it on our end.  I've had your case escalated for further troubleshooting. You should hear from a Tier 2 agent soon. If you do not by the end of the day, please let me know.
