Desktop app not working

Several weeks ago, my desktop app stopped working.  I'm using the latest version.  If I try to run it from the start menu,  nothing opens up.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no success.  I even went into the registry and deleted everything related to ringcentral.  Perhaps it is a Windows problem, but I'm not looking forward to reinstalling the OS again.  Any suggestions?

Donald - what operating system are you using?  Please note that Windows 10 is still in Beta
