One of our users had a call drop. now their extension shows as still active even though he is no longer on phone. How can I fix this?

Shows active where? On their desk phone?  Did you try to restart it?

yes, we have unplugged and restarted it multiple times.

Fay- where does it show them as "active"?  Call Logs? What Extension Number?
