Ability to add a simultaneous ring call queue to a fixed order call queue

I'm trying to define a call queue in which the agents are called in order, then if the call gets through the first 2 available agents and does not get answered, then I want to ring 3 other agents simultaneously.  Anyone have an idea how I could accomplish this?

If the 3 simultaneous agents don't need to be their own CQ grp, I would create a new extension that rings their three phones (simultaneously) and put that in your call flow for the original CQ grp.
