** Service Issue for Desktop App: "Network Error Occurred" RESOLVED: February 23, 2016 at 12:50pm PST **

Some reports of " Network Error Occurred", " Calling Only Available", or cannot login on the Desktop App have been reported.  Reports of users unable to login to RingCentral Meetings, Desktop App, and user interface have been reported.  We are aware of this and our Engineers are investigating this issue diligently.

I'm signed into desktop and mobile right now. Desktop reads "only calling available". Mobile "VoIP Calling Only". I called one of my queue numbers with my cell to check the lines. They are working for calls. Thanks for the heads up Kim.

Our engineers are currently investigating an issue with  Network Error Occurred" on the Desktop App, where some users also cannot login the their account interface. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the interruption to the service. We are diligently working on this. We dont have an ETA at this time. We will update you immediately with any news.  Thanks for your patience.

You do not need to call in to report the issue as hold times are long.

Kim, do you know if RingCentral Meetings is affected as well?  I have a user complaining about no audio in a meeting.

Chris....I believe it is. I cannot log into RC Meetings on either mobile or desktop app.

I cannot connect to RingCentral Meetings, it just says "Connecting" with a loading spinner.

Part of the same issue. RingCentral is aware of the issue and is working on it. Parent Case #04391597 & INC-17075  to mention in your case if you do choose to open a web case ( but not necessary)

all softphones show this error if we log out and back in. Ones logged in can call bar 2 lines... 

Any updates from Ringcentral?

On my Windows 8.1 desktop as of right now I get a red banner saying "Only Calling Available."

Update: tried Windows RESTART, but still have "Only calling available" as of 3:10PM Eastern.

My desktop app showed me as offline, and would not reconnect. I restarted my computer, and now can't sign back in at all. I get the login failed message when I try.

Update at 4:04PM Eastern: alerted by e-mail messages from this Forum (thanks!) I checked again and after re-logging on to the RingCentral for Windows app, I appear to be ALL FIXED. !!

We're seeing a message in our desktop application that states "Only Calling Available", but functionality seems fine. However, on mobile, the app stops loading at the logo. This has been noted on several user's devices. We cannot login to the admin interface at this time. Is anyone having similar issues? Or has anyone seen these symptoms before?
