Automatic call recording / Maybe I have the wrong plan?

Hello,  I have a U.S. account and am interested in automatic call recording.  I fear I might not have the correct kind or level of account.

If under my Admin and call recording I only see one option, "On Demand Call recording".

Does that mean I do not have the correct type of Ring Central account or am I looking in the wrong spot?

You didn't state which plan you currently have. You need a RingCentral Office Premium or Enterprise plan for Automatic Call Recording.

Otherwise you will see both types of recording options:

I must not have Premium or Enterprise if I only see the top option for on demand recording then.  Thought so.

I will tell the boss.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

You can check to see which plan you have by selecting the Billing menu, then the Service Plan sub-menu. The plan is listed at the top part of the dialog.
