ATA Device disconnects overnight

I have two SPA 112 devices and three days in a row they have appeared in the morning to be disconnected the device is on but no signal or dial tone. I reboot the device and it works again but I would like to fix it. Any ideas?

Hi Joseph,  I located the case you opened, but see you were unable to stay on the line for further troubleshooting.  When you have time, can you update the case and let the agent know when they can contact you back to finish the troubleshooting.   Update web case process

It's likely a provisioning issue or network issue, so if you are still having trouble it will be a good idea to allow the rep continue.
