We have had reports from other customers regarding Inbound calls in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas and are investigating it. We will let you know what we find as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.

RingCentral customers are currently unable to receive inbound calls in the Atlanta, GA. or New Orleans, LA. areas. Calling parties are receiving network error messages. Customers outbound calls and all other services are not impacted at this time.

Any idea how long this outage will last?

A portion of RingCentral customers in specific areas are currently unable to receive inbound calls in the Atlanta, GA. or New Orleans, LA. areas.  Calling parties are receiving network error messages.  Customers outbound calls and all other services are not impacted at this time.  We have opened an incident and are actively working the issue at this time.

The next update will be available in 4 hours or when new information is available.

An update in 4 hours is not acceptable. That is half the work day and hundreds of calls/fax missed. Can we please have an update in a more sensible time frame?

Matt, calls should be completing at this time.  But our engineers are still monitoring.

RingCentral customers are able to receive inbound calls in the Atlanta, GA and New Orleans, LA areas again.  We have resolved the issue but are continuing to investigate for root cause and will provide a final report in 3-5 business days.
