Zoho says "ringcentral phone not reachable" phone is logged in like normal, etc..

I have an employee who is trying to use the click to call feature to dial out. When she does this, an error window pops up saying her RingCentral phone is not reachable, and to login, etc..  Well she is logged in, and everything is as it was when it worked correctly. All other employees don't seem to be having any issue, including myself. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

We may have to gather some more details. Are you able to get a screenshot with the actual error? 

Also, can you double check to make sure whatever web browser that person is using is updated.  Here is the most recent list of supported browsers and versions.   RingCentral supported web browsers.
