How do you get anyone at Ring Central to actually help you?

How do you get anyone at Ring Central to actually help you? They put me on hold, transfer me around multiple times and then disconnect me. They are impossible to get any service from. I am so frustrated. They just disconnected me again after being on hold for almost 35 minutes!

Depending on the issue, you can generally contact your account manager. However, if you've called support and did not get the service you expected or have an unresolved case, please provide some details here so we can escalate the issue.  If any of you have an outstanding issue, please post your case number here and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

I do not know who my account rep is. I have been a customer for more than 5 years and during that time have had very little interaction with anyone there. Yesterday after holding and being transferred around for over 30 minutes they dropped my call, did not call me back, and that entire time I spent was wasted. I want to know where my phone number is.888-743-2384. It has been my business number and published everywhere for my real estate company. The woman who answered the phone could not help me at all.

A case was created and escalated to investigate the number, however it does not look like you have an active account at this time.  Do you have plans to re-activate your account?  If they are able to retrieve the number they will need to know where to put the number...
