Number Dialed & Extension Ringing Not Displayed - Bring Back Legacy Controller Functionality

I have been a Ring Central subscriber for 7 or 8 years and utilized the legacy call controller extensively until it was discontinued.  The legacy controller proved to be an invaluable business tool in that it displayed the inbound number dialed and extension for each inbound call.  Knowing the number dialed and ringing extension allowed employees to efficiently process and effortlessly prioritize inbound calls. 

The new Soft Phone DOES NOT display the number dialed and the extension ringing.  For over a year I have been requesting that functionality of the legacy controller be integrated into the new Soft Phone. In recent months, I have plead with support to allow my company to use the legacy controller.  As of this message, Ring Central has failed to accommodate my request to restore functionality and thus my business needs.

The legacy controllers functionality is invaluable to small business.  Please bring it back.

I would like to speak with a decision maker with Ring Centrals feature implantation team to further discuss the needs of small business.

I'm not familiar with the old application, but a possible workaround- I noticed that if I call my main number which is answered by auto attendant and then select a call group I see main main number dialed followed by the call group name and extension so I can answer appropriately.  Maybe you can leverage this to help meet your requirements?
