Setting up 112 as the emergency number

1. I have a US account that has two offices, one in the US and one in the Netherlands. Both office phones are under this one account.

2. The related case number is 04513679.

3. The emergency number in the Netherlands is "112". It is the equivalent of "911" in the US. We need to have the capability to dial "112" from our phones in the Netherlands so that it connects to the 112 emergency service. When we dial 112 from a Netherlands Ring Central phone, we get a fast busy signal. We also tried dialing 00 31 112, but we also got a busy signal.

4. Our goal is to have a way to dial 112 from our phones in the Netherlands and get the Netherlands emergency service. We also want to be able to dial 911 from our phones in the US and get the US emergency service.
