Orange Lights "line unregistered" on cisco spa525G

Hi, I have a cisco spa525G, and one of the presence lines shows up with an error icon, and an orange light on the line key. The user manual says that orange light means "line unregistered".

Can anyone explain what that means and how I fix it? 

Goal is to use that line for presence. I have already set the presence through RC web, but can't get it to appear. This issue prevents one of my users from picking up calls placed on hold by the other user. 

Have already reset phone several times. Have already redone presence settings (delete all lines, save, re-add all lines, save again). Neither of these fixed it.

For the user on Ext 104, I don't see presence setup on her extension?  Am I looking at the wrong extension? 
I rebooted the phone...can you check it now?

It doesn't look like this phone has Presences setup on it through the online RingCentral interface.  Was the softkey uses to assign a favorite? Do you see the icon next to the orange light...how it looks different from the other lines? It seems like the line was assigned somehow?

I have been deleting and re-adding the presence settings to try and get them to reset/refresh/whatever. Look at it again now.

And I do see the different icon, and have no clue what it means. I didn't do anything to make it orange. On all other phone in office, every button is green.
