Increase Mobile App Functions/Capabilities

I am having an issue with the mobile app. I am unable to receive forward calls from another office line through the mobile app. I can only receive direct calls through office line. My suggestion is to extend the app's capabilities. Thank you!

This should work.  The mobile app should work almost the exact same way as the desktop app.  Can you clarify the numbers you are logging in with on the desktop app and also the mobile app? We can also look at your forwarding rules in your account once we have this info.  I've changed this to a private conversation so you can post the numbers.
