Unable to receive calls on my 800 numbers

We have received reports of users unable to receive calls on their 800 number.  We are aware of this and our Engineers are diligently investigating this issue. At this time you do not need to create a case as we are already aware of it and working on a resolution.

Nova Logistics - regarding 04560548  - it looks like all the numbers were blocked on your account.  Our agent fixed this, and tested and the call went through. However you will want to re-visit your blocked list to review.

we still have a line that is not working. Your agent blocked a number earlier that was not ours and that affected all of our lines.

For your specific case, the issue was on a 3rd party carrier that was having some issues yesterday.
