My ringcentral softphone: says either "office mode" or "connecting" but never connects. Toronto, ON CDA location. Desk top, Softphone.

Ms. Libanio, my name is Daniel, I'm a Ring Central technician. I wanted to take a moment to respond to your post. I've discussed it with a co-worker and we came up with an opinion that the issue could be with your network since it doesn't connect. It's suggested that you double check all of your router settings. Make sure that you can successfully ping and run a tracert to sip.ringcentral.com. Once you try all of that and you still have issues, it's suggested that you open up a web case or call in and speak with one of us to open up a case for you. I hope all of this helps you out.  Daniel
