Phones & Devices: Phones status says "check status" or "pending replacement" online.

To resolve the issue of " Check Status" or " Check Progress" please plug the phone in.  Allow the device to register with our system then refresh the website.  Don't be alarmed if the phone reboots 2-3 times to get and process updates.  Once the phone comes online the "check status" should go away.

Same process applies for your replacement device.  Plug the new phone in and the system should process the swap once it's registered and online... you may need to reboot the phone around 3 times

Even if the phone is going to be sent to another location or to a home user, the 1st thing you ALWAYS want to do when you receive a phone is to plug it in immediately so that it can register with our servers, process any update, and fully show up on the account.

Hi, We have 4 new phones ,all have been plugged in for several hours. We can dial out and dial extension numbers, ,but the phones will not receive external calls. In the admin page all say 'check progress'. None have green status ticks.
