Problems with international meetings

I've just started using RingCentral Meetings and have run into two problems. In both cases, I scheduled the meetings with the RingCentral Meetings PC Desktop program. In the first case, I was travelling in Australia (we are a Canadian company) and I was to have a meeting with people back home. I scheduled the meeting, and when the time came, I clicked the link to get the local number. When I dialed it, I got a message saying the number wasn't in service. The second issue was back home, a colleague phoning the number listed for the US (when he clicked the international numbers link) received a message saying the meeting ID was invalid. In both cases we ended up talking via VoIP rather than phone (which wasn't ideal). Any suggestions? I was testing the service out to see if we could ditch our telecon provider, but we can't deal with issues like this

Hi  TLeaver,  We'll be happy to look into this.  Can you provide some more details please?   I know our product team continues to work on our international numbers. Sorry for the inconvenience.  If you have a copy of the invitation you could post here and the  numbers you tried to dial etc. We'll take a look and see if we can tell what the issue was.

The most secure method is to provide everything in a Support Case. You can use this button to get started.
