I just got a new bill and deleted 4 numbers from my account out of 7 this morning. This leaves me with 3 numbers. How do I get a refund for the 4 numbers that I just deleted as it was in my account for only 1 day of this billing cycle? I tried deleting them a week ago but realized that I only disabled the users and did not completely delete them. Please let me know how i get the refund for the 4 accounts and thank you for your help! So far I like the Ringcentral service that I have had for several years, keep up the good work!
