Trying to port a number and getting an error.

I'm trying to port my existing number to you guys but I keep getting this error. :(

"The phone number you entered cannot be transferred at this time. If you
still would like to have the number work with your RingCentral service,
you may forward your calls from your current number to your RingCentral

Hello Travis We'll look into this.  We made this a private conversation. Can you provide the phone number in question and your account/contact (main email address)  info so we can locate the account?
