Desktop App - unable to login or offline (Resolved)

-We have received a few reports of the Desktop App showing offline.
-Some users are unable to login and are seeing this error:

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Please get a trace from the location to api.ringcentral.com, and attach it to the case and post screenshot of traceroute below!

Having problems again in central PA. Possibly the same issue as yesterday?

After trying to log in several times finally got in, but only offline mode
