Hardware recommendations for RingCentral video conferencing?

We are going to begin using the video conferencing feature offered through RingCentral soon and I have been tasked with putting together the necessary hardware for facilitating this process.

Of course we could use webcams, but we are looking for a solution that would allow multiple individuals to be seen and heard from around a conference room table as an example.

I am thinking we will need a camera and possibly a microphone? What recommendations can you give me? Looking to stick to around $500 budget per office.

Thanks!

You are not referring to the new RIngCentral Rooms feature, I think?  It appears to be Mac only at this time:  https://community.ringcentral.com/ringcentral/topics/ringcentral-rooms-video-conference-solution

The most common low budget video rigs that I see are using Logitech.  I have seen people build video carts with a flat panel, small PC or laptop and webcam clipped to the panel.  You can probably get a decent camera for <$100 then spend the rest on a panel and cart and maybe just assume someone will bring their own laptop or provide a cheap PC.

Thank you for your recommendation. I have initially looked into some of the Logitech offerings and they look like they might be doable.
