Call Monitoring feature?

There is no active call monitoring feature in such a big company,even a small company like realpbx that is not even 100th of ring central have active call monitoring panel to see live calls and provide options to manage it and also call forwarding is so difficult unlike realpbx...,i open account in ringcentral last day and want to port all my toll free number in ringcentral from realpbx but it would be a biggest mistake because there is no such active monitoring panel is there, so i need to close account my account in ring central if this feature is not add soon.

Please contact your sales manager regarding RingCentral Contact Center which offers additional monitoring and reporting features that are best fit for Call Centers.
