Are support MIA ?

RE : 04673674.  Been trying to get an answer to an account issue for several weeks (yes, weeks).  I appreciate that support teams can get busy but I'm getting dead-air.  What is the best way to contact RingCentral support to deal with an issue ?  Running out of ideas.

Hello  Simon Cousins

Thank you for contacting us here.  I located the case and found that the issue with nobody getting back to you is that the case was attached to an old account that is closed and the case did not contain any contact information. 

Perhaps this may be the issue with logging in.  We'll be happy to help resolve this can you provide us with the main phone number on the account please.  This conversation is private so it will only be seen by yourself and RingCentral Community Admins.

Thanks for getting back to me.  The phone number I use to login is...  (617) 848-2609.  When I (successfully) login the screen is completely blank.  My email is ringcentral@simoncousins.me

Simon - I created a new case for you with the correct info :  Case 04810279.

Follow up question:  when you login in to  what are you getting a blank screen? Desktop App? User Interface ( service.ringcentral.com)? Support ( success.ringcentral.com)?

From any browser, any operating system, any location, any computer I successfully login, via a browser, but get this image.
