They need to test again since this is obviously wrong:
"We have verified the outbound and inbound calls and all major impact has been mitigated by High Availability Functionality."

As for my sites, inbound is still not working. Most other services are back up, although inbound is a priority!

We are still unable to receive inbound calls to our main numbers in Boston, NY, DC, Toronto, Philly. Flapping in Dallas

I have been done since 8:45am EST this morning. So about 2.5 hours of WTF!!

Yes! Hunger Free Colorado. I waited over 30 minutes on chat for someone to respond and no one ever came through to help this morning. I made too many damn attempts on the password and it locked me out. The reset question was determined by a previous supervisor and I don't know it. I need a reset link send to us, so we can get into our faxes. The fax number on the account is 855-855-****. Can you please help me?

We have been with RingCental for three years. This is only the second time we have experienced an outage. Yes is frustrating to be down. But all networks have their issues. I am sure they will have it back up and running asap!

No inbound calls in NYC - message says, "the wireless customer you calling is unavailable".  Actually, I am available.  The message should say, RingCentral's service is not working right now, please try a more reliable provider next time.

Really?  The support desk is on the same gateway?  Really?

Some IT guy FAT-FINGERED the router configuration and took down half the country.  Tell him to hurry up and fix it so you can fire him.

FYI, Audio conferencing is down too (267) 9304000 but RC meetings is still working (605) 5623185.

is there a pass code we need after you dial in?

yes, the pass code is given when you click on the conference button in your RC account - the code depends on whether you are calling into the conference as host or participant.

How can this be a login and registration issue if the phone number does not even ring into your system ?????????

A portion of RingCentral customers may have experienced dropped calls and loss of registration. We are investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Have you investigated the BAD GATEWAY error that several of us have experienced? This prevents us from even opening a case, since the portal appears to be down

I could dial in but we can't call voicemail, it's busy. Rehoboth Beach, Delaware here. Support is not answering at the moment.

Test from a non-RC phone.  I can get calls when I call from my RC phone but nothing when I call from my Vonage phone.
