Unable to pay my Bill on time

Due to lack of funds, I am unable to pay my RingCentral bill on time.

My banker is currently investigating. I apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

I am sure that my submitting my apology to you in place of timely payment of my RingCentral bill will be just as valuable to you as your apology is to me for your not giving me the dependable service I paid for and for your causing losses of income to my business. John -  please contact your Sales Rep directly regarding your bill to prevent any interruptions in service.
