Sync (Call / Fax Logs) Between Mobile and Desktop Apps

Greetings,

One of my clients has a Fax500 account.
She uses her Mobile App to fax out.

I think it's already a feature request but her sent Desktop App faxes should reflect the same on her Mobile App because comparing her Desktop App's and Mobile App's sent faxes, I see a different set.

Going off-topic, another issue she has when she goes to Call Logs and tap on a report (Mobile App), she gets a pop saying something like "  ... extension you are using cannot make outgoing calls ... please contact your administrator ..."

We've tried re-installing the app and got v8.2.0

I was also able to replicate this issue on my end using an iPhone, but I don't think this happens on Android.

The two applications should sync. For us to troubleshoot, it's best to have that person post directly to the Community or open a support case so we can view the actual account. 

As far as the error "extension you are using cannot make outgoing calls",  that would be because it's a Fax account. 

If they do need to make calls the account can be upgraded.  It's best to call us or contact the account manager to discuss the overall needs and the right package.
