Hey there, I have an associate within my office that is frequently dropping calls when she places a client on hold. We are utilizing Yealink IP Phone SIP-T22P devices and are not showing issues on the Call Log. She says that if she unplugs/re-plugs in the phone, it will work without issue for a little while but will return to dropping the calls not long after. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue or might have a suggested solution?
