Completely Failed? Call Quality?

This sounds different than the two scenarios discussed on the previous thread.  Troubleshooting at this level would need to occur at the account level. 

Be sure to check your router for the requited network settings discussed on this thread:  QoS How do I troubleshoot Call Quality issues? Network requirements?

If you are certain your configuration is correct, the next step would be to run a PingPlotter report, also explained in that thread.  Once you have the PingPlotter, you can post it here, or open a support case.
