System not working, but I just got through on Chat.

Phone system is not accepting calls. The 800 number for RC isn't either. I just got through on chat and will update with what I hear.

You probably haven't seen the main thread on this issue. I am a RingCentral Partner and one of my customers is having this issue. Other RingCentral customers in other states are also having issues. This is what support (via chat) will tell you after they check your numbers:

Current Issues:

A portion of RingCentral customers may be experiencing inbound and outbound call failures, as well as inbound faxing issues. No other services are impacted at this time. Operations teams are isolating the issue and performing necessary changes to mitigate the impact. We will provide an update as soon as possible.

They are aware of the issue and believe it is an underlying carrier. Follow this main thread for any possible updates on the issue:

Yup...it is sporadic. I have had no issues with my RingCentral inbound or outbound functionality. My customer looks like they are up now but some still are not. Glad yours is working properly again.
