Call queue: Calls quickly move to next member.

One of our team members is in our queue, signed into the queue and calls coming to her only show for 1 second before moving to the next member. I have a set order and she is first. Any thoughts?

When you look at your queue, under "Member availability and hold times", what is "Maximum time to wait for a call queue member before trying the next member" set to?

Another place to look is under the specific user ("Users" tab), "Call Handling and Forwarding", see what value is set for "Ring For".

Also, we have had lag issues when we have the option "First ring Desktop apps & Smartphones" turned on.  We use desktop phones simultaneous with the desktop app, but we want the app and phone to get the calls at the same time.  If the app is set to ring first, it can make the desk phone take quite a while to ring--maybe even long enough to make it nearly impossible for that user to pick up the phone before going to the next rep.

It was that she was forwarding the call to her cell phone after 5 seconds. We removed the forwarding, she installed the app on her phone and now it works just fine. Thanks everyone!
