Park Location Caller ID

Park Location groups - Why can't the park location groups have the caller id like a regular parked call. Using the park location group is faster than waiting for the park number to be assigned (*812). When you pick up a park location group the id says the park number.

Hello Lisa,

This is a known issue that our engineering team is working to resolve. The Cisco phones show the caller ID correctly when answering a call off park, but the Polycoms do not. It is something about the Polycom's configuration.

Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA to resolution at this time.

Thanks, sorry for the inconvenience.

Also a problem for Yealink - Don't think they will solve this after 4 years. I doubt they are still "working to resolve" ETA = never
