Changing the text on the line keys

I've got some SoundPoint 335 desk phones that I took out of storage and want to reuse.
In the portal I've created the new user and assigned the phone to them, however on device, the line 1/line 2 text still displays the old employee's name.
I've rebooted the phone, no change.
I've tried to force a re-sync on the phone, no change.
How do you change the text on the phone's display?

Try resetting the device back to factory default and then reprovision onto RC server.

When I go through the menu to reset to factory, it is asking for a password which I don't have.
The units are rentals from RC and the default Polycom doesn't work.

Sorry, I wasn't aware the RC sells SoundPoint 335 phones.  But, if you bought the phones from them then Customer Support should be able to assist you.

I just got off the phone with support, after a factory reset and firmware update everything is fine.
