unable to receive calls

We are strictly using the RingCentral app or RingCentral Desktop and are having problems receiving calls on both.  When a call is placed to our phone number, they receive all the correct auto-answer/greeting, but when they click the button to be connected, it just rings and goes to voicemail.  No missed calls are registered in the system.

This sounds like it's probably something in the Call Handling and Forwarding settings, but we'll need to verify many things before we can diagnose this. 

I took a look at your account and see this is a pretty new account and you have not yet attended your Implementation.  You Implementation advisor will discuss your needs and assist in setting up the Call Handling features.  Also, there's a chance that this could be a network issue if your router/firewall is not correctly configured.
