Adding Third Party SIP capable paging device as "other" no longer possible?

I have SIP capable device that works with Shoretel.  The manufacturer recommends this be added to RingCentral as "other", which was an option but has been removed.  Adding as a Paging Device results in a "403 Forbidden" error during SIP registration.  Any recommendations?
