Needed call forwarding for call queue

Needed call forwarding for my call queue to a different number when all of my agents are busy or  not available in queue.

There is now an overflow call queue setup that may work.

I tried it but that is not helping or maybe I did not set it up correctly.
If you can give me instructions how to set it up that will be useful
