I need to have an extension 112 on my ring central and it says its reserved. I had this extension before and now I dont.

Hi I am very frustrated with this service. I was told to post an issue to get this resolved. I need to have an extension 112 on my ring central platform and it says its reserved. I had this extension before and now I dont. Can someone please contact me help solve this issue. II dont want to leave personal contact information in a public forum.
