Some call data is not saved in Salesforce.

Hello, We are having some trouble with one of our users. The calls and minutes he makes are logged into RingCentral but they are rarely copied to Salesforce. The integration seems to work fine for our other users. The only difference I can see is that this user works on a Mac instead of a PC. What could be causing this problem?

any resolution for the issue?  or do I have to raise support case?

Please go ahead and open a case and include the user details, times dates, screenshots etc. so our support team can look at specifics.
