I am having a problem where any calls coming in to my mobile app get dropped when I try to pick up. This is totally messing up my ability to get calls from clients after hours, when all calls are forwarded to my cell phone. I am using IOS 10.1.1 and the latest version of the Ring Central app. This is costing me money and may necessitate me changing providers. What can I do?
Try forwarding them to your cell phone number by passing the mobile app. We are an answering service for hundreds of doctors and I don't have any of them use the mobile app, I just simple forward to their cell phone
