No faxes shown under mobile app?

under my softphone the faxes show as sent along with the rest of the texts ive sent through my account, but when logged into my mobile app there are only textes and no faxes, even under my faxes tab in the app....so none of my faxes show up at all under my mobile app basically. does whether or not ive sent them from my direct number matter? even though i am logged in the softphone and mobile app under my direct number i still see no evidence of faxes on my mobile app.

Are you logging in under the same extension they are being sent out from? Incoming faxes, if sent to your main number, will go to the main number system extension (usually x101) unless you have your DDL set up for that extension and therefore won't show under your DDL on the mobile app.

im signed into my direct number / extension and send the faxes from there from both mobile app and desktop app.

Chris, Does this always occur? Or, are there times when the faxes show up?  Try  switching from Data to Wifi and/or vice versa, and then give it a few minutes to see if they show up. I'm wondering if there's a network issue that may not be allowing it to sync up.

I've logged in and out and I do turn my wifi on and off time to time. I also have opened and ended the app, signed in and out of the app and desktop app, still only faxes showing on desktop app and nowhere to be seen in mobile app. My mobile app is also latest update for iOS.

Chris... Just letting you know I opened case 05498663 so someone can take a deeper look at this.

sounds great thanks for helping me out, i mean i send test faxes through ringcentral to jobs and stuff to test people analog machines so i can do it with out relying on my office sending me stuff, so i know i get them or not, just need to figure out why they dont show in my extension as being shown as sent out
