Glip Does not load and only shows white page/screen
One of our users is having issues where glip does not load at all and only displays a white page/screen. This is happening across all browsers (all up to date) and Windows app even after multiple restarts. They can access glip through the iPad app. What can we do to resolve this issue? What information do you need from us?
Diego, This sounds like it might be a caching issue. Have the user try to log in again, Then if/when the blank white screen appears have them past the following address into the browser and see if it loads.
