Glip Does not load and only shows white page/screen

One of our users is having issues where glip does not load at all and only displays a white page/screen. This is happening across all browsers (all up to date) and Windows app even after multiple restarts. They can access glip through the iPad app. What can we do to resolve this issue? What information do you need from us?

Diego,  This sounds like it might be a caching issue. Have the user try to log in again, Then if/when the blank white screen appears have them past the following address into the browser and see if it loads.  glip.com/about

Hi Mike, We tried the cache clearing and the /about address but no luck. Still happening regardless of the browser.

Do you have the desktop app installed too?  If so, uninstall the Glip desktop app, then be sure to clear the browser cache again. Then try the web app and desktop app again.  If there are still problems reply back with:

  • Your OS and version.
  • browsers and versions of each producing the error.
  • email address you are logging in under.

App was uninstalled, Chrome v57 cache was cleared, Firefox v52 cache cleared, Edge v38 Cache cleared and Windows 10 was restarted. Problem is still happening. Account in question is: achou@academiclearningcompany.com

Hi Len, Unfortunately the person is away on a business trip and won't return until Tuesday, March 28. I haven't been able to check up on their problem. The office number is (626) 448-3448 and the name of the person with the issue is Arthur Chou. Best time to call is 9am-11am or 1-3pm PST Thank you in advance for your help.
