Sending Outtook calendar ring central meetings.

HI, When I am creating a ring central meeting in outlook calendar, I edit the details of the meeting  to meet the needs of the attendees. 

When I Save and send the meeting the details are reset to show the full details from Ring Central.. including all numbers for all areas including Iphone App information which is not relevant for my attendees. 

In addition any additional notes I added for the meeting are deleted...

Is there some way of being able to schedule a ring central meeting, editing the details and sending the edits vs. the default details replacing the edits?

Can you please clarify which way you are creating the meeting?  Are you doing this from the Desktop app?  or are you using the Oultook extension/addon?

I was able to reproduce this when initiating it from the desktop app, but if I create the meeting using the Outlook extension/addon then it allows me to edit the text in the email.

Hi Mike.. I am using the outlook ring central extension in Outlook Calendar. I am not sending a meeting invite from an email.. adding the invitees in Calendar editing the details and then sending... the details edited change back to the default..

Here are 3 screen shots of it happening.. I made a video and took screen shots.
The last screen is what the calendar generated meeting request shows before sending...
