Mobile app can't connect__NO TECH SUPPORT AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS??? I'm dead in the water!

Mobile app only give "error cannot connect to server"  troubleshooting failed and no tech support available on weekends. 
online log in works, but still fails to dial out.
did all the standard troubleshooting of restarting phone, reinstalling app/ confirming all settings.

I'm stuck with out access to call or text from this line and I go onto website for support and they direct me to a phone number (for level 1 "dead in the water" situations.)  the recording at the phone number says "glad to help you monday through friday""""   Seriously, nothing available for 2 more days. This is creating massive problems for my employees.

Good Morning,

What do you have listed for Call Settings in the mobile app? Is there any change when you switch from LTE or WiFi?

I would try uninstalling/reinstalling again as well. Let me know what happens!

I did a list of troublshooting and workaround attempts. 
confirmed all settings.
restarted device
logged in and out from ring central account
toggled wifi and LTE (at the time of problems I was 300 yards from a cell tower with 5 bars)
I then tried to uninstall the app and reinstall
then it wouldn't let me log back in (even thought website access did with password)
server connection cited as problem it wouldn't install.

I tried again every couple of hours, then finally at 11 pm Saturday it went through and returned to normal.
No clue what caused it and just hoping that it doesn't happen again.

Interesting, that is strange. Keep an eye on it and give RingCentral a call or open up a webcase. If it does happen again, grab a screen shot of the error and see if your carrier is having any outages in your area. I like to use  http://downdetector.com/. They have real-time information.
