6+ Months with NO Billing Problem Resolution by RingCentral

Has anyone else had the problem of a complete LACK OF Billing Problem Resolution?!?!? I have opened NUMEROUS cases to try and get A) credited for a bundling service we never ordered, and B) the bundling charges STOPPED. Despite opening cases and numerous phone calls to RingCentral, this month YET AGAIN we're getting the extra bundling charge!!! I can't get anyone to resolve this issue they always push me to someone else who then never resolves the issue? Does anyone have any advice on what the he%# you have to do to get this company to resolve a billing issue?????!!!!!!!!???????
