BLOCK CALLS FROM NO CALLER ID IN THE CALL QUEUES

BLOCK CALLS FROM NO CALLER ID IN THE CALL QUEUES, WE HAVE HAD CONTINUOUS CALLS FROM SOMEONE WITH NO CALLER ID. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO BLOCK PEOPLE WHO CALL THE QUEUES, JUST LIKE YOU CAN WITH THE USER SETTINGS. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE.

Parker,

You can do that now within the Blocking portion of the Admin Portal. Be certain to do it on your Super Admin extension (usually x101 unless you've changed it).

Click on the Block calls with no Caller ID at the bottom of the dialog. See the screen capture below:

But I only need this feature for one call queue. Will it effect all call queues and Users?

Yes...if you set it up from the Super Admin extension. However, you can also set it up the same way (same checkboxes, etc.) within the queue extension as well.

You will find the Blocked Calls sub-menu under Greeting in the queue extension.
